LIVING AREA

An office area emerges at the entrance to the villa, followed by a convivial kitchen and a spacious living room with TV, opened on the outside. You can enjoy your meals facing the sea on the large, sunny wooden terrace equipped with a barbecue.
A second terrace with a (non heated) swimming pool is available on the lower level.

THE ROOMS

The villa has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom (Queensize bed) and a separate shower room. Upstairs, a beautiful master suite (2m bed) equipped with an overhead projector, a dressing room, a shower room and a toilet opens onto a sea-view balcony. On the garden level, you will find two double bedrooms with Queensize beds (one with a sofa bed) opening onto the terrace. They share a large shower room.

THE ‘PLUS’

Enjoy the outdoor shower when you get back from the beach and the air conditioning in every room of the house.

PARKING

Two parking spaces are available in the grounds of the villa, and street parking is free.

The Côte des Basques beach and Biarritz town center are just a 5-minute bike ride away. Local shops (delicatessen, bakery, greengrocer) are 700m away and the Ilbarritz golf course is 3 km away.
