After crossing the sliding door overlooking the terrace, you can find a first bright dining room, an office area and a fully equipped kitchen. A second dining room and a spacious TV lounge is at your disposal.
The exterior consists of a fully equipped summer kitchen with a bar counter, a garden furniture with a large terrace opening onto the heated swimming pool (mid-May to end of September) and the garden equipped with a table tennis.
The house is also equipped with indoor and outdoor speakers.
THE BEDROOMS
On the ground floor, you will find a children's bedroom with a shower room and 4 beds including 3 single beds and one double bed.
The first floor has a master suite with a double bed (king size), a bathroom with shower, a bathtub and a toilet. The floor is also composed of a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate shower room with toilet.
On the second floor, you will find a master suite (queen size) with a shower room and toilet. Two other bedrooms (queen size) also share a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
The basement has a 7th extra bedroom equipped with a double bed and a shower room. A laundry room which includes a washing machine, a dryer, a sink and storage space is also at your disposal.
