On the basement level, you'll find a 4th bedroom with a double bed (140cm), lit by a natural skylight and equipped with an overhead projector. It has no bathroom.
Finally, in the annex building, a 5th bedroom/office with 2 single beds, a shower room and toilet, and a large workspace can accommodate a further 2 people.

PARKING

You can park 1 or 2 vehicles in front of the house. Free parking is available on the adjacent street.
