Of British origin, I have spent the last 30 years in southwestern France. First in Toulouse to set up an IT company with a Scottish company, then by creating a real estate company specialising in the sale of charming properties around Toulouse. Seduced by the Béarn and the Basque Country and passionate about the old stone, I then restored and sold several properties of character in the region, allowing me to know the construction, the cost of restoration work as well as the activity of selling properties of character.
